​COVID-19 SAFETY AND HYGIENE PROTOCOLS

Given the situation caused by Covid-19, we have developed a transformation strategy for the operation of our hotel based on the following premises:

• Security for employees and clients
• Reduce contact in Customer-Employee interactions
• Adapt our operations to the new situation and customer needs.

Based on these principles, new cleaning, hygiene and social distancing measures have been established that will favour the stay in our hotel within a framework of trust and safety.

HEALTH AND CLEANING PROTOCOLS

• We apply the comprehensive system for accommodation and restaurants to protect against COVID-19 developed by CEHAT (Spanish Confederation of Hotels and Tourist Accommodation) and Hospitality of Spain.
• We use Diversey brand virucides and disinfectants approved by the Ministry of Health.
• Towels and bedding are washed at a temperature above 60º Celsius.
• Sterilization of the television remote control and telephone in each room.
• We have removed the stationery, the hairdryer, the minibar and some non-essential items in the room (the client will have them at his/her disposal requesting them at our reception).
• You will find hydroalcoholic gel dispensers of compulsory use in many areas of our establishment.
• Protective screens in customer service areas.
• All room keys are disinfected after each check-out.

PROTOCOLS FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

• Thinking about your safety and that of other clients and collaborators, we will ask you to measure the temperature upon arrival. Access will not be allowed if it has a temperature above 99.5ºF.
• The use of a mask is mandatory in all common areas.
• We have disinfecting rugs at the entrance of the hotel.
• The social distance of 1.5 metres shall be maintained between employees and clients.
• The use of the elevator will be limited to the number of people sharing a room.
• Credit/debit card payment is recommended whenever possible.

PROTOCOLS FOR OUR EMPLOYEES

• All our personnel have been trained according to the integral system for accommodation and catering protecting against COVID-19.
• Digital infrared thermometers for monitoring the body temperature of employees and clients are available.
• Use of approved masks and personal protective equipment.
• We disinfect the payment terminal, counter and any article after each time it is used by a client.

RESTAURANT PROTOCOLS

• Thinking about your safety and that of other clients and collaborators, we will ask you to measure the temperature upon arrival. Access will not be allowed if it has a temperature above 99.5ºF.
• The use of hydroalcoholic gel is mandatory before entering the restaurant.
• We request the previous reservation for breakfast, lunch or dinner to avoid crowds or having to wait for your table with the corresponding security conditions.
• Assisted buffet breakfast protected by glass partitions.
• We use single-use tablecloths and sanitized cutlery.
• All of our menus are available on our website and accessible by a QR code.
• Our staff disinfects the furniture in each service.
• We limit the capacity of our restaurant to guarantee the safety distance between clients.
• We offer the possibility of preparing food to go.
